With BB PT I will  help you set your goals, work with you to achieve them and push beyond what you thought you were capable of.

Whether those goals be weight management, strength, stamina, skill or confidence orientated.

The first step is to book a consultation session in which I gather as much information as I can to formulate a bespoke training plan to meet your needs. We will have a chat about your current routine, activity levels, diet, previous exercise history, likes and dislikes etc. so I can get to know you better.

I am a mobile Personal Trainer working largely from Preston Park and with the possibility to come to an area near you/ your home or garden.
