Reach goals together by working out with a partner or friends.

I offer paired or small group sessions (Maximum 6 people).

Whether you are a running team training for your first charity 10k, a couple wanting to get in shape for your wedding, or just a group of friends who want to learn new exercises, skills and have fun together, small group training is a great way to boost motivation and still get the benefit of a personalised experience.

As with one to one sessions, these can take place at your preferred time and location and will be geared towards your specific needs and goals.
